Grantee Update from Bird Conservation Nepal Bee-Keeping Training

In March, Bird Conservation Nepal wrapped up a five-day advanced apiculture training in Tamghas, Gulmi.

Part of the "Bee the Change" program in Resunga Municipality, this training was about building sustainable livelihoods and protecting biodiversity. Participants learned hands-on, advanced beekeeping techniques to turn apiculture into a real economic opportunity.

Bees are the unsung heroes of agriculture, pollinating crops and sustaining the rich biodiversity of Nepal's diverse landscapes. Investing in beekeepers means investing in food security, ecological health, and rural resilience at the same time.

Friends of Nepal is proud to support communities in Resunga Municipality as they build skills, confidence, and income through sustainable apiculture!
