Indra’s treatment is going well, but he still needs to have several visits to India for testing and procedures. FPCNE (the former Peace Corps Nepal staff organization) has committed $300 to his additional treatment. Indra Dai has an urgent need for $1000 for his care. So there is an unmet need, currently, of $700. Please contribute if you are able and compelled to do so. I will post updates every 2-3 days.

Our friend Indra Vilas Akela has been identified with lung cancer and is undergoing expensive treatment in Chitwan. Indra was an integral member of the PCN community from the 70’s through Peace Corps Nepal’s final days in 2004. More info will be posted here and on the homepage as it becomes available.
